Week 10: Out with a Clown

Last Thursday, after the ill-fated 11 o'clock Clown Show, I found a clown named Penny wandering around next to the call board.  I took her out to get pizza, which she promptly topped with Redvines.  I took the picture partly because of her look of amazement and partly because a Redvine pizza is an atrocity that should never again see the light of day.

Once I got over the look on Penny's face, I noticed the way that light interacts with different surfaces; for instance, the light that's hitting the table is reflecting up and hitting Penny's chest and the bottom half of her face.  I hadn't really considered the way that different surfaces can affect light; kind of like when Dan and Stacy take off their glasses when we're using them as models in class.
